When will my package ship?

All packages will be shipped in 3-5 business days.

 

Will you be restocking sold out items?

We restock our Rock City Basics line throughout the year, so be sure to check back for availability! However, at this time, we don’t have plans to restock pieces outside of that collection. If anything changes or we release new merchandise, we’ll share updates on our website and social media—stay tuned!

 

Can I change or cancel my order?

If you need to cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible at shop@rockcitychurch.tv. We’ll do our best to assist if your order has not yet started processing.

 

Do you ship internationally?

At this time, we do not offer international shipping and can only ship within the United States.

 

What is your Return Policy?

We want you to love your purchase! If you’re not completely satisfied, you may return merchandise within 30 days of receiving your order.

To be eligible for a return:

• Items must be unwashed, unworn, and in their original condition (free from damage, stains, or odors).
• All original tags (if applicable) must be attached.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns for items that have been washed, worn, or damaged after purchase.

To initiate a return, please contact us at shop@rockcitychurch.tv. Shipping costs for returns are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to a defect or error on our part.
